Shoulder — measure straight across the back, from one shoulder seam to the other.
Chest — measure flat across the fullest part of the bust, seam to seam (this is a half measurement).
Hip — measure flat across the fullest part of the hip, seam to seam.
Shirt length — measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
Sleeve length — measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.
