Delivery times

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 12–15 working days. Ready-to-wear pieces in stock are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping

We ship across Pakistan and worldwide. Domestic parcels are sent by courier with tracking. International parcels are sent by courier with tracking and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping and handling costs are paid by the customer.

Exchange policy

There is no exchange policy based on a customer’s liking or disliking of a product, since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.

An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event that the purchased goods are unused and undamaged by the customer. All lawn sales and custom orders are non-exchangeable. Any product bought from MJ Clothing may be exchanged within 2 days of delivery. Claims made afterwards cannot be honoured.

Return & refund policy

All orders are final and non-refundable. You may exchange only in the event that an incorrect item has been mailed to you, subject to product and size availability.

Order cancellation

We do not offer order cancellation once an order has been confirmed.

Colour disclaimer

We offer the best colour match we can to the clothes shown in our pictures. Please note that colours may differ slightly due to lighting in photographs and the dye on the fabric. Minor variations may also occur due to the nature of fabric dyes, the weather at the time of dyeing, and differences in display output across monitors and phones.
